Eminent academician, Prof. (Dr.) Sanjay Kumar Bahl, recently joined the leadership team of Indus International University as Vice Chancellor. Dr Bahl has a diverse experience in education and research for more than 35 years.
Dr Bahl comes with global expertise in the field of Management; he has done his research in Stress Management and Organizational effectiveness. He is a vivid speaker on stress Management, changes Management, Personality development & Financial Awareness Programme. He is the Member of AIMA, RCED, and NITCON. He was the resource person with SEBI. He has guided 3 Ph.D. Scholars; those have been awarded Doctorate in Management Studies. He has written more than forty research papers for various conferences, and national and international journals.
Dr Bahl is a visionary leader who has served in several leadership roles in delivering pedagogical redesign, improving faculty & academic excellence, and creating a vibrant student experience. Under his leadership, Indus International University will seek to deliver academic excellence, prominence and respect, with opportunities in India and abroad.
Professor Bahl said: “I am honoured and thrilled to lead Indus International University through the next exciting stage of its journey. I see many opportunities to expand the role of Indus International University in shaping the higher education landscape in Himachal Pardesh and India in the coming years.
